All booking requests will be confirmed by email or fax within 24 hours. When the immediate confirmation is not possible, booking status will be advised in return by facsimile or email.

2. How do we work on your requests?
After receiving your requests by email, we send you email to confirm Ok with your request if we don’t need any more information from you. We start processor your requests, make the itinerary and do the quotation of your trip and reply you within 24h. After receive the final confirmation from us if you don’t want any more changes of the itinerary, we need your deposit for that trip and book the services.
3. What do we handle in our tour services?
Visa arrangement, car rental, train and air ticket, accommodation, inbound tour through VN, LAOS, CAMBODIA, and THAILAN. Our tours are focusing on daily trips, ecologic, adventure, inventive, tailor made tours. You can make your best choices by following after these uesful hints:
For the guests who want to take the airport transfer and accommodation only, so we organize free and easy tours on the bookings. These bookings are for the guests want to discover and enjoy the unique heritages of VN by themselves.
Other guests want to take the package tours, we provide visa, hotel, transfer, guide, airticket, meals … These kinds of booking help you enjoy your trip without any concerns of booking tickets, accommodation … prior your arrival.

After each of your trip, we really need your recommendation for a better restaurant, or entertainment places or your experience share for other guests who take the next tours with us, they will have the most memorable and enjoyable trips like you. It likely is most valuable gifts you help us develop and expand our deputation in the future.
Terms and conditions
After receiving the final confirmed program from Jang Tours, you will need to secure all services booked for this trip. A deposit of 20% of the total cost is requested to guarantee all bookings. It must be sent to our account in cash or by credit card (with 3% surcharge). The balance can be executed by cash, credit card on arrival. Except for cash payment, the surcharge for local bank is 3%. Any bank charge levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to our account must be paid by the clients.
This deposit can be made by Bank Transfer to our company’s account. And the rest of the tour price should be paid to Jang Tours 30 days prior to client’s arrival in or the starting date of the tour. If it is not received on time, we may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.
If payment is by Credit Card, an additional 3% (for Visa Card and Master Card) or 4% (for Amex Card) will be added on to our tariff rates (Visa Card, Master Card and Amex Card are accepted).
Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions. It is an agreement of Jang Tours with all clients and the local government. It can be changed without any notice to meet the local policies or any reasons from the Jang Tours Head office. Therefore, it is your responsibility to check it regularly to update information in case there are any changes.
Under 2 years: free of charge and no meal/no bed (Sharing with adult)
Between 2-12 years: Sharing room WITHOUT extra bed pay 50% adult fare, WITH extra bed pay 75% adult fare.
From 12 years: 100% as adult fare
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. Cancellation fee will be charged as follow:
Before 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge
From 36 – 45 days prior to trip departure: 10% of the total tour cost.
From 26 days to 35 days: 30% of the total tour cost
From 16 days to 25 days: 50% of the total tour cost
From 08 days to 15 days: 80% of the total tour cost
From 07 days to arrival or no show – no refund
Jang Tours highly recommends that all travelers take out an adequate insurance policy and required to have full travel insurance before traveling.
We are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers occurred due to delay, accidents, natural disasters, political actions and unrest must be born by passengers.
Airline schedules and local conditions may be affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occurs, we will endeavor to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value. However, we are not responsible in any way for problems, however they arise, that result from the booking of services we do not directly control.
Participation on any tour implies full agreement to above conditions by all parties involved.
We respect your privacy, so all our personal information is only used with the purpose of your booking requests when you:
