How to apply for visa

VIETNAM VISA

Tourist visa generally valids for thirty days, it can be extended once you enter Vietnam. It’s easy to get a visa extension in most major tourist destinations, at tourist offices and operators.

Now visitors from the following countries – Malaysia, Singapore, Thailans, Laos, The Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei are exempted from requiring visas when they enter, exit or stay in Vietnam for less than 30 days, Japan, South Korea, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Swenden, Russia (15 days), Cambodia (14 days).

All other citizens are required to get an entry visa before departure or a pre-approved entry visa supplied before your arrival in Vietnam (visa is issued on arrival at Vietnam’s International Airport: Hanoi, Danang, Ho Chi Minh city.

There are two ways to apply for Vietnam visa:

  1. Getting visa at the Vietnam Embassy or Vietnam Consulate in your country.
  2. Getting visa on arrival ( a good solution for those have no time and no Vietnam embassy available, so it is an economic and convenient way to apply visa)

The steps to get visa:

Step 1: Collect the required documents to apply for visa

Require a passport valid at least 6 months and the following information, you send us the via email or fax.

  1. Your title (Mr/Ms/Mrs)
  2. Your full name
  3. Date of birth
  4. Nationality
  5. Occupation
  6. Passport No
  7. Date of issue
  8. Date of expiration
  9. Proposed date of arrival
  10. Flight reference
  11. Port of arrival (Hanoi, Danang, Ho Chi Minh City)
  12. Purpose of visit (vacation/business/visit family)
  13. Where to get visa stamp (embassy or on arrival at the airport)

Step 2: Processing for visa approval letter

We will submit your information to Vietnam Immigration Department and get visa approval letter within 2 business days (it is available for urgent services in 4 hours, 8 hours). In case of your getting visa is at Vietnam embassy, we will fax the approval letter to the embassy to let you get visa stamp there. If you get visa on arrival, we will send you the copy of approval letter by email.

Step 3: Getting visa stamp

  • Visa on arrival: you will get your visa at Vietnam International airports: Hanoi, Danang, Ho Chi Minh city. You print the “visa approval letter” out, bring it together with your passport, 45usd extra in cash and 02 photos (4×6) and submit them at the Airport Immigration Counter to obtain your visa stamp. We also provide a quick service for those who want to get visa stamp in urgent. After landing off, our staff with signboard welcomes you at immigration counter, collect your passport to do all proceducers, after 10 minutes getting back your passport(s) with visa stamped on already
  • Visa at embassy: you will get your visa at Vietnam embassy or Consulate before you come to Vietnam. You print the “visa approval letter” out, bring it together with your passport, 45usd extra in cash and 02 photos (4×6) and submit them at the Airport Immigration counter to obtain your visa stamp within a day.

Note:

– Service fee will be paid for us in advance and stamp fee will be paid at the airport or at the embassy ($45)

– Please in inform us if you need visa stamped at embassy/consulate or enter Vietnam by sea port or by road

–  if you are citizens listed in the special countries (Bangladesh, Pakistan, Palestin, Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Srilanka..), they require more documents and and time for application for visa approval letter. Please contact us for more supports.

LAOS VISA

If you intend to enter Laos as a tourist, this is the most convenient way to get your Lao visa. Just make sure you have a valid passport and plan to arrive at one of the Lao international ports of entry where visas on arrival are issued.

The Lao visas on arrival are available at:

  • Lao international airports in Vientiane, Luang Prabang, Pakse and Savannakhet,
  • Lao-Thai Friendship Bridges in Vientiane, Thakaek, and Savannakhet, and
  • Tha Naleng train station in Vientiane, and
  • International land border crossing points.

CAMBODIA VISA

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has launched e-Visa, which enables you to apply for a Cambodia tourist visa online. Instead of applying through Cambodian Embassy, all you need to do is to complete the online application form and pay with your credit card. After receiving your Visa through email, print it out and bring it along with 30 usd dollars in cash, 2 photos (4x6cm) when you travel to Cambodia.
